Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

SEARC provides assistance in obtaining ham licenses at all levels, and the superstructure needed to practice for and support emergency communications. It is our duty to provide these services in a way that is conscious of implicit bias, systemic racism, and societal inequities. We do not collect demographic information on age, sexual orientation, race, nationality, disability, or any other personal characteristics in our membership application, and anyone with a ham license is welcome to use the SEARC repeater system.
