First, a new roof over the existing one to shed water and keep snow melt from getting backed up into the metal seams.
Then installation of the Flex Radio, a project funded by the ARRL Club Grant, pictures here. This radio will be available to club members who cannot install HF antennas at their homes, and to use to demonstrate HF to school and community groups. This installation will occur in October, so come back for more photos!
