The exams will be administered at the Clatsop Community College South Campus, 1455 N Roosevelt Dr, Seaside OR.
Applicants must have an FRN number. If you are upgrading you have one already, it is on your official license document. If you do not have an FRN, register here: apps.fcc.gov/cores/userLogin.do
